Greg has

A resident on the Big
Island for 18 years, he
has worked in the financial industry here and on the mainland,
managing loan portfolios, loan officers and various branch banking
enterprises. In 1998 he turned to the real estate profession full
time as the Executive Officer for the Kona Board of Realtors,
responsible for association management and facilitated Board
enforcement of the National Association of Realtors, Code of
Ethics, a very important part of being a Realtor. In 1999, he
turned his efforts full time to real estate sales, becoming a Top
Producer and in 2002 became a Real Estate Broker.
During the course of his real estate career he has devoted the time
and energy necessary to achieve designations as; GRI,
Graduate of the Realtor Institute, CRS, Certified Residential
Specialist, ABR, Accredited as a Buyers Representative and CIPS,
a Certified International Property Specialist. Greg is currently a
candidate in the course work for the CCIM
designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Community Involvement:
Currently
engaged as a Neighborhood
Watch Coordinator and member of the Community Emergency Response
Team. Past affiliations include; National Ski Patrol, Friends
Of the Children's Advocacy Center, Lions & Exchange Clubs, Volunteer
Fireman & Emergency Medical Technician, Little League, Boy Scouts,
Toastmasters, Past President, Kona Kohala Chamber of Commerce and
services as a United States Marine.
Married with two terrific kids, now grown with families of their
own.
